Management Principles
- Funding is directed toward research institutions, universities, and enterprises within member States; transnational joint projects are prioritized.
- The directory of directions is revised annually and submitted to the Plenary for review; the maximum funding limit per project and the quota are available in the budget section of the Document Centre.
- In accordance with the Crisis Addendum to the Space Law Convention, technological achievements related to resource development beyond the Kuiper Belt fall under the coordination framework of the Council.
Collider Coordination
The Global Collider Network continues to operate under technology lockdown: first, to execute the "Experimental Data Cross-Verification Protocol" to monitor Sophon activity (see "Crisis Intelligence"); second, to maintain technical and personnel reserves for the resumption of experiments after interference weakens. The third round of the "Collider Anomaly Response Plan" has passed acceptance; the fourth round is planned to proceed with the Year 4 budget review.
