Basic Requirements
- Citizenship of a member State; compliance with national regulations regarding employment in international organizations.
- Pass the security clearance of the Planetary Defense Council, including screening for any affiliation with the Earth-Trisolaris Organization (ETO).
- Willingness to accept assignment to any liaison office worldwide or to the Secretariat headquarters.

Eligibility Review
Responses will be provided within 20 working days; written translation tests will also be arranged for language positions.
Written Examination and Interview
Technical positions include a professional written examination; interviews will be conducted at the nearest liaison office.
Security Clearance
Conducted in accordance with the Information Classification Management Measures, with the cycle determined on a case-by-case basis.
Employment and Reporting
Term contracts (initial term of 4 years) will be signed, and positions and duty stations will be assigned.
