Communication attempts must be based on understanding and mutual trust, which is one of the purposes of the Staircase Program. Until then, any organization claiming to "represent humanity in dialogue with the Trisolaran civilization" (such as the ETO) is illegal and dangerous.

No personal "war preparation" is required. Hoarding supplies, relocating residences, or purchasing so-called "protective products" are unnecessary—these are precisely the fears that scams love to exploit. Living and working normally is the greatest contribution ordinary people can make.

It is recommended to tell them truthfully and calmly: the fleet is very far away and will take four hundred years to arrive; many generations of human scientists, engineers, and military personnel are preparing seriously. Fear stems from the unknown—the purpose of this website is to inform everyone of everything that is known.

Yes. Health departments of all member States have established crisis psychological assistance hotlines; the Council and education departments of various countries have also jointly compiled crisis science popularization and psychological counseling materials for schools, which can be obtained from the competent education authorities of the respective countries.

The scale of the crisis is planetary and spans four hundred years; there is no issue of "which city is safer," nor is there a "list of safe cities" endorsed by the Council. Any propaganda advocating selling property, land, or emigrating based on such claims deserves high vigilance.

Because the Trisolaran civilization can monitor all human communications but cannot read human thoughts, the Council has entrusted part of its strategy entirely to the minds of four Wallfacers, who are not legally required to explain their intentions. It is a formal resolution adopted by consensus at the 12th meeting: the proceeds are earmarked exclusively for basic research on the defense system and are subject to audit. It is also an invitation to ordinary people—to care, to gaze beyond the Solar System. Whether to purchase is entirely up to you.
