"The Trisolaran Fleet has turned away from the Solar System; the Crisis is over"

Briefings Nos. 5, 6, and 7 of the Observation Network show no signs of orbital changes, acceleration, or deceleration; the document number cited in the so-called "leaked briefing" does not exist in the Council's document numbering sequence. "A certain country has secretly built a light-speed probe, which will intercept and crush the Fleet upon its arrival in four hundred years"

The fundamental physical theories underpinning light-speed travel have not been experimentally verified (see "Explanation of Technology Lockdown"); there is no technological pathway to realize a light-speed probe. Any fundraising or investment campaigns using "light-speed spacecraft" as a gimmick are suspected of fraud.

"Sophons can read human thoughts, even dreams"

All confirmed evidence indicates that Sophons can read visual information and communication content; there is no evidence showing they can read human neural activity or thoughts. The judgment that "thoughts cannot be read," which underpins the Wallfacer Project, is precisely the shared cognitive basis of the Council and the Trisolaran side.

"The Stars Plan is 'selling' stars outside the Solar System"

True, but requires full elaboration: the registration scope is limited to stars and planets beyond 100 light-years from the Solar System; the exercise of rights must not violate the Space Law Convention and its Crisis Addendum; ownership does not constitute development rights; proceeds are earmarked for basic research on the defense system and subject to audit.
