Verification of online rumors regarding "the Trisolaran Fleet has turned away from the Solar System"

Claim: Recent posts on multiple social media platforms have circulated so-called 'insider information' alleging that the Trisolaran Fleet has altered its course, that 'the crisis has been resolved,' and that 'humanity need no longer worry about four hundred years hence,' accompanied by screenshots of alleged 'leaked bulletins.'

Verification Conclusion: False.

Basis for Verification:

  • Public Bulletins Nos. 5, 6, and 7 of the Observation Network all indicate that the spectral characteristics and brightness of the fleet's thrusters have remained stable over a long period, with no observed characteristics of course changes, acceleration, or deceleration. Any course change would be simultaneously reflected in data from multiple independent observation stations and could not be concealed for an extended period.
  • The Council has never issued any so-called "Crisis Lifted" document. Please refer to the document numbers published on this website and in the Document Centre (PDC/OBS/BF) as the authoritative source; any "leaked screenshots" can be verified for authenticity by cross-referencing the document numbers.

The document numbers contained in the two most widely circulated "bulletin screenshots" do not exist in the Council's document number sequence.

The Public Information Office reminds the public: fabricating and disseminating such false information not only misleads the public but also provides an environment for the propaganda activities of the remnants of the Earth-Trisolaris Organization (ETO).
