The Council Press Office is open to registered media within member States. The number of seats in the Press Office is limited; registration does not guarantee a permanent seat; press seats for important meetings are allocated by separate lottery.

The press kit is distributed upon application via the media liaison email, specifying the media outlet and intended use.

Submit Application
Submit application via the working email address, specifying the interviewee, topic, and proposed time.
Topic Coordination
The News Office coordinates with relevant departments and responds within five working days on whether an arrangement will be made.
Interview Execution
Conducted according to the approved time and format; responses involving classified topics shall follow the public stance.
Press Spokesperson
The Council's spokesperson is Daniel Okoye of the Public Information and News Office. Regular press conferences are held once a month (dates to be announced separately).
