The Council Press Office is open to registered media within member States. The number of seats in the Press Office is limited; registration does not guarantee a permanent seat; press seats for important meetings are allocated by separate lottery.

Registration information
The results of registration and the usage guidelines of the Department of Public Information will be replied via email. The information is used solely for seat management and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Topic Coordination

The News Office coordinates with relevant departments and responds within five working days on whether an arrangement will be made.

Interview Execution

Conducted according to the approved time and format; responses involving classified topics shall follow the public stance.
