Specific staffing for projects under each Wallfacer is conducted independently by the host research institutions, engineering units, and enterprises; the Committee provides a centralized information hub and application portal. Please note: The Committee itself does not establish mysterious departments such as a "Wallfacer Office"; all position information is subject to this page.

Basic Requirements
- Citizenship of a member State, meeting the eligibility requirements for defense engineering positions as stipulated by each country;
- Passing security clearance; Pursuant to Article 5 of the Wallfacer Act, personnel hired must sign a commitment not to inquire about, record, or relay the intentions of the Wallfacer—violators shall bear legal responsibility;
- Accept assignment to the location of the position.
