The Wallfacer Project Committee is a subordinate body of the Planetary Defense Council, established in Year 3 of the Crisis Era. The Committee does not participate in, is not aware of, and does not inquire into the true strategies of any Wallfacer—this sentence is printed in Article One of the Committee's Charter.

Four public commitments of the Committee

  1. Public actions—all public behaviors, itineraries, and resource utilization results of the Wallfacers are released as usual;
  2. Public persons and resumes—all public resumes of the Wallfacers are accessible;
  3. Public procedures—the full text of hearings, audits, and oversight baseline provisions is made public;
  4. Publicizing "not knowing" itself—the official statement column regularly reiterates that the Committee has no knowledge of the Wallfacers' true strategies.
