Wallfacer Project Committee
WALLFACER PROJECT COMMITTEE · UNITED NATIONS
An agency directly under the Planetary Defense Council
Monday, 30 March, Year 4 of the Crisis Era
Year 2 of Project execution · 4 Wallfacers in office
Principles of the Plan:The public actions of the Wallfacers are released in accordance with the law, without concealment; their true strategic intentions are not explained in accordance with the Wallfacer Act — the Committee is also unaware. What is "Intent Exemption"?

Confidentiality System

SECRECY · Information Classification · Scope of Disclosure

The Wallfacer Project is a plan characterized by "public action, absent intent." The confidentiality system managed by the Committee does not govern the thoughts of the Wallfacer (which are inherently unknown to others), but rather procedural information during the operation of the plan. This page explains the classification framework and scope of disclosure.

Information Classification Framework (Key Points)

LevelScopeManagement Method
Public LevelRegisters, hearing records, statements, press releases, public movements of the WallfacerPublished on this site, freely accessible
Internal LevelInternal working documents of the Committee, correspondence between member StatesMember States Portal
Security LevelSecurity details of Wallfacer handling, reconnaissance materials on assassination plotsManaged by the security department, not public

A common misconception that must be clarified

"The Wallfacer's plan is classified, so the Committee has an encrypted file"—no such file exists. The true intentions of the Wallfacer have never been written down by anyone, have never entered any information system, and naturally cannot be kept encrypted. Under Sophon monitoring, anything written is immediately exposed—this is precisely the starting point of the design of the Wallfacer Project.

The full text of the classification framework can be found in the "Wallfacer Project Information Classification Management Measures" (PDC/WF/SEC-01); background on Sophons is on the next page.
