Information Disclosure Request
Any person may apply to access the Committee's public information in accordance with the procedure. The Committee's response will only be one of two: provide the information, or state that the information does not fall within the public scope—this Committee does not use any ambiguous expressions other than "no comment".
Information available for application
- Resource Flow Ledger (Public Version);
- Records of hearings and transcripts of questions and answers;
- Historical texts of official statements, press releases, and announcements;
- Committee organizational and procedural documents.
Information not within the public scope
- The true strategic intent of the Wallfacer—not within the public scope, as it does not belong to any registration scope; in accordance with Articles 3 and 5 of the Wallfacer Act, the Committee's unified response to such applications is: "The Committee is unaware, and therefore unable to provide";
- Security handling details (in accordance with security protocols);
- Internal judgment criteria of member States during the nomination process of Wallfacers.
