Example of Response to Information Disclosure Request
To facilitate public understanding of the acceptance standards and response guidelines of the Wallfacer Project Committee regarding information disclosure requests, this page excerpts five sets of typical applications and responses. All examples have had the applicants' personal information redacted, retaining only the subject matter of the application and the official response text.
In accordance with Article 5 of the Wallfacer Act and the Committee's Code of Conduct on Information Disclosure, the Committee's responses to information disclosure requests take only two statutory forms: providing the information, or stating that the information does not fall within the scope of disclosure. The Committee does not use ambiguous language; for information involving the true strategic intent of Wallfacers, a standard response sentence is uniformly applied.
Excerpt of Examples
(I) Application for the Complete List of All Projects Currently in Execution under the Wallfacer Project
Content of Application: Application for the disclosure of the complete list of all projects currently in execution under the Wallfacer Project, including project names, the Wallfacer to whom they belong, current progress, and fund usage.
Response Text: The information you requested falls within the scope that the Committee is legally required to proactively disclose. The list of projects in execution under the Wallfacer Project, resource usage records, and progress milestones have all been fully published in the 'Supervision and Disclosure — Resource Flow Bulletin' section of this website and in previous resource authorization announcements.
You may consult the latest list via the 'Supervision and Disclosure — Resource Flow Bulletin' section, or apply for original ledger data for specific time periods through the 'Supervision and Disclosure — Information Disclosure Request' section. The Committee has fulfilled its obligation to provide information guidance.
Issuing Department: Public Information Division
(II) Application for an Explanation of the Technical Purpose of an Authorized Project
Content of Application: Application for the disclosure of a specific technical purpose explanation for an authorized project (involving basic materials science research), and the logical chain of how this technology serves the Wallfacer strategy.
Response Text: Upon verification, the registered project has no 'Purpose Explanation' column in the resource ledger. The design principles of the Wallfacer Project dictate that there is no publicly accessible logical chain between the public actions of Wallfacers and their true strategic intent.
In accordance with Articles 3 and 5 of the Wallfacer Act, the Committee is unaware and therefore unable to provide it. The resource allocation for this project has been reviewed through the resource hearing procedure, and relevant records are available for consultation.

(3) Application regarding the unpublicized portion of the 12th hearing
Content of application: Application for access to the records of the unpublicized portion of the 12th hearing of the Wallfacer Project Committee that were not broadcast live or made public to the general public, particularly the question-and-answer session concerning the private itinerary of a certain Wallfacer.
Response: Upon verification, the 12th hearing of the Wallfacer Project Committee was fully open to the public on 14 March, Year 4 of the Crisis Era. The hearing records and verbatim transcripts of the question-and-answer sessions have been archived and made public in accordance with procedures. There is no such thing as an "unpublicized portion" of the hearing.
In accordance with Article 3 of the Wallfacer Act, Wallfacers have the right to refuse to disclose their intentions during hearings. Such question-and-answer exchanges have been recorded and made public as they occurred, containing no confidential information. The information you requested does not exist.

In accordance with the Committee's "Confidentiality Regulations" and the relevant procedures of the Security Liaison Office, such information is not included in the scope of public disclosure.
The safety of Wallfacers is the sole responsibility of the Security Liaison Office, which handles it in accordance with procedures. The public has no need, nor should they concern themselves, with specific deployment details. Your application has been recorded and will not be fulfilled.

Its mandate is to provide administrative services and act as an external liaison for the Wallfacer Project; it does not engage in any direct contact with the Trisolaran civilization.
