Recently, the Public Information Division of the Wallfacer Project Committee received multiple inquiries from the public, primarily concerning “why certain information cannot be retrieved on the official website” and “whether information is being withheld.” In response to these concerns, the Confidentiality Review Division of the Wallfacer Project Committee hereby issues this explanation regarding the scope of public information on this website, the logic of information disclosure, and inquiry channels.

I. Definition of Scope of Disclosure

The disclosure principles of the Wallfacer Project Committee are based on the core logic of “public actions, absent intentions.” Currently, information available, searchable, and downloadable on this website is limited to the following four categories:

• Actions and Itineraries: Public itineraries, public speeches, and records of public meetings of the Wallfacers;
• Resource Ledgers: Lists of resources utilized by Wallfacers, progress of executed projects, and audit reports;
• Procedures and Regulations: Full text of the Wallfacer Act, rules of hearings, and detailed confidentiality regulations;
• Hearing Records: Records and verbatim transcripts of the 12 hearings already held.

Except for the above four categories, this website does not publish, index, or archive any information involving the true strategic intentions of the Wallfacers.

II. Explanation Regarding the “Non-Existence of Information”

The public often mistakenly assumes that “unsearchable” equates to “redacted” or “classified.” In this regard, the Confidentiality Review Division wishes to clarify explicitly:

There are no “redacted documents” on this website.

The true intentions of the Wallfacer are not within the scope of any registration; therefore, no related data exists on this site. This is not a case of information being blocked, but rather that the information was never generated within public administrative processes from the outset. The Wallfacer Project Committee does not record, inquire into, or relay the strategic intentions of Wallfacers; this is the foundational design of the Wallfacer Project, not an administrative oversight.

The routine information classification of the Confidentiality Review Division covers only routine administrative and security matters such as security handling details, internal meeting schedules, and personnel contact methods, and is completely unrelated to the strategic intentions of Wallfacers.

III. Standard Responses and Channels for Information Disclosure

In response to external inquiries regarding the strategic intentions of Wallfacers, the Committee uniformly implements the following standard response:

“Under the Wallfacer Act, the Committee has no comment, as we do not know either.”

Written responses to information disclosure requests uniformly state: “The Committee is unaware and therefore unable to provide.”
