Announcement of the 13th Hearing: Determination of Agenda Items on New Year Resource Disbursement and Audit Arrangements

The Hearing and Oversight Division of the Wallfacer Project Committee issued an announcement today, determining the date and core agenda of the 13th hearing. This hearing is scheduled to be held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on 24 April, Year 4 of the Crisis Era. It falls under the category of routine hearings, primarily deliberating on the resource disbursement arrangements for the third year of plan implementation and the post-audit plan.

In accordance with the Wallfacer Act and the Committee's current regulations, project teams under the four Wallfacers must submit their annual progress ledgers to the Resource Allocation Division by 17 April, Year 4 of the Crisis Era. Projects that fail to submit on time or do not comply with the prescribed format will have their resource disbursement for the following year suspended in accordance with regulations until compliance procedures are completed. This measure aims to ensure the traceability of financial resources, consistent with the basic principles of the Wallfacer Project: public actions and absent intentions.

The hearing gallery applications are open for submission in accordance with the regulations. The public may submit questions through written channels. All questions will be collected by the Public Information Division and screened by the Hearing Committee, which will read them aloud during the hearing. The Committee reiterates that all hearing records and transcripts of questions and answers will be made fully public in accordance with procedures, subject to public scrutiny.

The Head of the Division of Hearings and Oversight stated in the announcement: "Resource allocation in the third year is a critical component for the continued operation of the Wallfacer Project.
