Claim circulated: Several accounts have recently asserted that "the four Wallfacers have effectively taken control of the United Nations and national governments, and human civilization has been placed under the rule of four individuals," accompanied by screenshots of alleged "resolution documents."

Verification basis:

• Wallfacers are nominated by the permanent members of the Council and confirmed by the Council. Their powers are strictly defined by the Wallfacer Act: intent is exempted, but crimes are not (Article 9);
• Every resource allocation under the Wallfacer Project is managed and published in the Committee's ledger (document series PDC/WF/RES-BULLETIN). The document numbers cited in the alleged "resolution documents" do not exist in the PDC document numbering sequence;
• The Council and UN agencies continue to operate normally: in January of Year 4 of the Crisis Era, the 12th meeting of the Council was held as scheduled, and matters such as the Stars Plan (Proposal No. 479) were reviewed and approved;
• The most widely circulated screenshot of "meeting minutes" shows obvious formatting differences from the hearing records published on this site, and the institutional name cited in the minutes has never existed.
