Notification on Adjustment of Security Level for Wallfacer Luo Ji

• This adjustment constitutes a precautionary upgrade, triggered by recent persistent threat signals targeting Wallfacer Luo Ji; details regarding related reconnaissance and response measures remain undisclosed in accordance with security protocols;
• The security upgrade does not affect the freedom of movement enjoyed by Wallfacer Luo Ji under the Wallfacer Act;
• Through this bulletin, the Committee reiterates a public fact: since before the announcement of the Wallfacer list in Year 3 of the Crisis Era, the Trisolaran civilization has issued multiple orders via the Earth-Trisolaris Organization (ETO) to assassinate Wallfacer Luo Ji, with several plots having been thwarted.
