Public Explanation of Wallfacer Hines’ Research Plan: Brain Science and Mental State Research

In response to multiple inquiries, the Committee now provides the following explanation of the public portion of Wallfacer Hines's research plan.

Plan Name: Brain Science and Human Mental State Research Plan (cumulative disbursement of USD 7.5 billion over three years, see ledger).

Public Content: Research into the human nervous system and the mechanisms of belief formation, with a primary focus on the observation and assessment of the ideological state of Space Force personnel—as stated by Wallfacer Hines during the hearing: "Military morale is the cheapest weapon in human hands, and also the most easily corroded by fear.".

Research Team: Led by the Wallfacer himself, with his wife Keiko Yamasugi (Japanese neuroscientist) serving as Research Director; a multinational team has established observation sites in four member States.

Boundaries: The above constitutes the entirety of the public portion of this plan. Research data will be released in batches in accordance with ethical protocols; the true intent of the plan shall not be disclosed pursuant to the Wallfacer Act.
