Second Resource Authorization Announcement: List of projects related to Wallfacer Rey Diaz published

8 March, Year 4 of the Crisis Era · Wallfacer Project Committee Resource Allocation Division · Document NumberPDC/WF/PRESS/4-012

The Resource Allocation Division issued its second Resource Authorization Bulletin today, publishing the list of resource allocations approved for the first quarter of Year 4 of the Crisis Era following hearings and deliberations. This bulletin concerns projects under Wallfacer Rey Diaz:

  • Special Project on High-Yield Fusion Weapons and Strategic Deterrence Research (Phase II): Approved amount of USD 3.5 billion;
  • Expansion of supporting test facilities (underground and deep-space test sites).

In accordance with Article IV of the Wallfacer Act, the above allocations are not accompanied by purpose statements; the purposes are held by the Wallfacer himself. The bulletin also states that the Phase II special project for Wallfacer Tyler (USD 2.6 billion) was approved concurrently this quarter, and the first bulletin was issued in January.

The head of the Resource Allocation Division reiterated in response to journalists' questions: "The ledger is open to every single transaction; the purpose statement column is not there—not because it has been redacted, but because it never existed."

All ledgers are available in "Oversight and Transparency — Resource Flow Bulletin" (document number PDC/WF/RES-BULLETIN/04-Q1).
