Today, the Wallfacer Project Committee released the "Annual Execution Bulletin of the Wallfacer Project (March, Year 3 of the Crisis Era – March, Year 4 of the Crisis Era)". Key points of the bulletin are as follows:
- The Wallfacer Project began execution in March, Year 3 of the Crisis Era and has now completed one full year as of the date of this bulletin; all four Wallfacers remain in office;
- Cumulative resource allocation over the three-year period amounts to $512.0 billion, with 27 projects under execution, covering all 32 member States of the Council;
- 12 hearings have been convened, and all records and verbatim transcripts of questions and answers have been made public in accordance with procedures;
- No off-ledger fund flows were identified in the initial post-audit.
Director Cole wrote in the foreword of the bulletin: "For the past year, the question the public has asked most frequently is 'What are the Wallfacers doing?' Our answer has never changed: their actions are in every page of the ledger on this site; their intentions do not exist in any document in this world—this is precisely the full meaning of the Wallfacer Project."
